Your appointments are very important to me, they are reserved especially for you! I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48-hours' notice for cancelations.

Strict and Enforced Cancelation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed approximately 48 hours in advance by text message because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, we will reserve credit card information on file and a cancelation fee will apply.

- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% charge of the amount for the services booked

-'No Shows' and same day cancelation will be charged 100% of the amount for the services booked
