Hi, I’m Katie Amezquita, a hairstylist based in downtown Phoenix at Arcane Hair Parlour. I specialize in working with driven, style-conscious women who want their hair to reflect both their professionalism and their edge.

I specialize in creating healthy dimensional color ranging from natural to vibrant vivid tones and anything in between. I am an IBE certified stylist and utilize this extension method to enhance my guest's hair with volume, length, and color. My guests find comfort in knowing I have the skills to create versatile cuts that work well with different styles and textures. I enjoy sharing my extensive product knowledge so your style can be easily recreated at home. That said, never hesitate to ask me what tips and tricks will make your hair care routine easier.

I’ve been immersed in beauty and fashion from a young age, starting cosmetology school at 16 in my home state of California. Since then, I’ve dedicated years to refining my craft and creating an experience in Phoenix that feels elevated, intentional, and tailored to you.

When I’m not behind the chair or continuing my education, I’m usually spending time with my husband and daughter—either out exploring or at home unwinding with a good show (Parks & Rec, New Girl, Friends) or a horror movie. I’m a big fan of true crime, getting lost in a good book, and ending the day with a glass of wine.
I’m naturally a bit on the quieter side, but I genuinely love connecting with my clients and getting to know what makes them feel their best. I’m always on the lookout for new restaurants, great cocktails, scenic hikes, and hidden gems—so I’m all ears for your recommendations.
